Hey! We’re Tammi and Dave, parents to two amazing kids. We’ve worked hard our whole lives to grow, improve, and be the best role models we can be.

Like everyone, we’ve had our fair share of struggles. But instead of letting them hold us back, we’ve decided to flip the script.

Life is all about perspective-everyone gets knocked down, but it’s how you get back up that counts. At the end of the day, the only person standing in your way is you.

We don’t want to wait until retirement to start living. We want to explore the world now, while we’re young, with our kids by our side.

Will it be easy? Nope. Will it be perfect? Definitely not. But life never is, and that’s exactly why we need to make the most of it.

Travel is what makes us feel alive. We love wandering through local villages, trying new foods, listening to music, and learning bits of the language (we always make sure to learn “beer, please” first!). The only downside? There’s never enough time—we always come home wishing we’d seen and done more.

Some people say our dreams are unrealistic, and we’ve doubted ourselves at times too. But then we came across this quote by Steve Harvey, and it really hit home:

“Dream so big that it makes small-minded people uncomfortable.”

So, we’re going for it. That’s why we started this blog, our business, and this whole journey—to create the life we want and hopefully inspire others to do the same.

Our biggest lesson so far? Life is way too short to live by someone else’s rules. Do what makes you happy. Rule your own world!
