Please note that all sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any of our products once the purchase is complete.

Once a digital file has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned or "un-downloaded." For this reason, we are unable to issue refunds or process returns.
